We are flexible in the way we do business. We understand that most landlords also have full time careers and lead very busy lives. That’s why our service can also include acting on your behalf at the start - from advising you on property refurbishment, décor, to a general top to toe clean – all this can make sure you are maximising your rental income. Then there is the completion stage e.g. collecting the keys to your property, carrying out snagging inspections, repairs, and cleans.
